Personalized Products: Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

Return Costs: In cases of transaction cancellation where there is no defect in the product (i.e., exercising the right of withdrawal), the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds: The business will refund the full price paid for the product (including the original delivery cost, except for any supplementary costs resulting from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days from the day the business is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or the consumer supplies evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
